Monthly Subscription Package: $100 monthly x6 months.

While we ask for a referral from your provider/endocrinologist, we recognize the long wait times of upwards of 6 months to a year to see a primary care provider and or endocrinologist in some areas of Washington at this time. Our partnership with Dr. Kial Wiley allows the pharmacist to be that bridge for you until you can establish care. Suppose you are currently waitlisted to see primary care and need medication refills for diabetes, diabetes-related supplies and related high cholesterol, high blood pressure, tobacco cessation, or weight loss. In that case, we can be that bridge.

If you need medication for high blood pressure, we can provide a 1 month’s supply from a telehealth visit but will require an in-person visit to measure blood pressure for continued refills.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis for the length of the selected package. Any unused visits or months will automatically expire 12 months after purchase. Please note that subscriptions are non-refundable.
